# Iconography

> One icon set, how to size and colour icons, and what is banned.

Icons are [Lucide](https://lucide.dev/), and only through `@okrado/ui`: a product never imports an icon library itself.

- 16 px at 1.5 px stroke in the UI, 20 px at 1.5, 24 px and up at 1.75. Round caps and joins, `currentColor`.
- Icons sit on a 16 px box with 1 px of safe padding, optically centred with the text.
- Colour an icon through a semantic role. Never amber, except the record glyph.
- One icon set per surface.

## Brand glyphs

A few glyphs are drawn on the mark’s grid for the product’s governance nouns only: loop, record, chain, approve, red line, digest.

## Banned

Robots and faces for agents, 3D blobs, stock photos, glow orbs and gradient meshes. An agent is a name in amber-ink text plus its record, never a character.
