Page templates

A route composes one template; it does not invent a layout. The content width depends on the job.
| Page job | Width |
|---|---|
| Forms and settings | stop at form-max (640 px) |
| Dashboards | up to dashboard-max (1440 px) |
| Data pages (tables, lists) | fluid |
| Long text | reading-max, a 68 character measure |
Page padding is 16 px below 640 px and 24 px above; 24 px above the first block; 32 px between sections. A page header sits 12 px above its toolbar. The values are the ui.layout.* tokens on the shell page.
Every page designs these states: empty, loading, error, long text and right to left.
